Bodybuilder who needs URGENT muscle atrophy in his obliques.

by JamesMuscle, Sep 17, 2009 12:35AM
I am a competive bodybuilder and have been training for 5 years trying to get the best possible physique, my goal is muscle hypertophy trying to have as much muscle mass on my body as possible, but i now have a problem, my OBLIQUES have gotten too thick and big making my waist appear big which is something that us bodybuilders do not want.

Its not fat by any means i am currently sitting at 8.2% bodyfat its the actualy OBLIQUE muscle which has become too thick/big it sticks out and over hangs my hips making my waist appear wide/big.

The is a serious problem for someone like me, is there anything i can do to get muscle atrophy in my OBLIQUE muscles only, any type of injection i can get in my obliques for them to lose muscle mass?

I know this sounds like a stupid question but what can i do to lose muscle mass in my OBLIQUES only.

Please help, i cant even take my shirt off in public anymore because im so self concous about this.

It's not a stupid question. The only thing I recommend is not exercising that area.  I don't recommend injections of any kind.
