by dormc, Aug 31, 2009 03:32PM
Am on day 13, first week I lost only 1 lbs, I went for a f/u on thursday doc added phentermine thinking maybe it would speed up the process, on sat when I weighed I lost 2 lbs, as of today I haven't lost anymore :/
I have hypothyroid and my levels are under control. I eat 400-550 cal a day, drink plenty of water,I weigh all my chicken & fish and am working out-but still no luck, this is getting kind of frustrating!!!

i do have to say chicken and tuna really does help...i do workout my self but this summer i gain over 100 pounds crazy i know...but im on my diet again...wat i do is i have a schedule.. i  workout playing dance dance revolution and i dance for 2 hours straight. and then i lift weights.. and i do that for monday to friday.. now you should not cheat until after 1 month has gone by..i know you might get bored but do something you enjoy doing. while in your workout..i dont believe in protein drink or nothing like that...listen to music and enjoy...you will notice by the next week or two you will see and feel better......

send me some messages how how your doing...

I don't understand the nutritional requirements of your medical condition but to me those calories sound low.
You should check out the doctors recent blog on HGH.  I'm sure he'd be interested in hearing any comments you have to make about it too.
