I can't lose weight...

I've been on Weight Watchers for 3 weeks now and have been to the gym every day for 10 days.  I'm 5'7 and my starting weight was 221 and I'm now 219.  At the gym I usually use the eliptical for about 45 minutes with my heart rate between 160 and 180 the whole time.  Some days I do crunches and lift some low weight dumbbells (I'm not trying to build muscle, I just broke my arm last year and am trying to get it back to normal).  I really don't know what I'm doing wrong but my weight just won't go any lower than 219.  I gained a lot of weight in the 10th grade really suddenly and I went from 175 up to 250 within a year.  I lost 40 pounds in two years by exercising 5 out of 7 days a week (though I've now gained 10 back) and that was without dieting!  I don't know what I'm doing wrong this time around.  Someone help?

My takeaway from this is that you

1) Have lost a couple pounds
2) Are taking great care of yourself
3) Are gaining muscle as you burn fat (remember, muscle weighs something too!)

You are doing everything right.  Many people get frustrated at this point when they haven't seen significant weight loss, but stick with it and you will!!!
