I wanna loss wight

Hi,
I'm 16 years old my wight is 90 can anyone tell me what exercises are good for me I want to loss wight within 2 monthes please help me

Hi!
Exercises that can help you tone your body/loose weight include: cardio (walking, running, etc), ab exercises (crunches, sit ups, oblique crunches), pushups, squats, and stretching/yoga to name a few. Best of luck to you! :)

is 90 lbs a healthy weight for a 16 yr old? havent researched, just seems underweight. My 6 yr old is super skinny and weighs nearly 60 lbs.

Hi! I think it depends on your height. Def ask your doc and see what you can find out online. I'm 5ft 2in and as a teen, I weighed less that 100 pounds.
