I have always had trouble losing weight. I exercise regularly but after I lost my first 40 pounds the weight just won't come off anymore. I really need a diet supplement that works. Or just something that works. I'm sick of being disappointed with everything. I literally just can't lose any more with diet and exercise alone.
Supplements are unfortunately not the magic bullet that they are built up to be, although there is very limited data to support a very small benefit from multivitamins and fish oil.
Have you considered working with a health care professional on this to develop a strategy around diet and exercise? Physician visits to directly address weight loss are now covered under most insurance programs.
