Please please advice :) !!!!

I m 5 ' 5 , 105 lbs lost a stone pretty quick through inappropriate dieting ( like 600 - 400 kcal a day) and now on 800 for about the 5th day, i have realised i cant loose anymore !

How much do i need to eat to maintain on a day of no activity ? And please someone convince me that this amount of kcal will not lead to weight gain,

well it sounds to me your doing fine on how your dieting but i do advise seeking medical attention. like talkind to a dietician or a nutritionist  that way they set you up with the proper eating habits and exercise to keep and maintian healthy weight :) you see i am 5'0 and I am supposed to be 108 lbs - 115 lbs but i am currently overweight so i myself and seeking attention from a doctor  because i have the problem of giving in to temptation. but you my dear must talk to your doctor to see what they say okay . :)

I would strongly advise seeking professional help.  Eating between 400 and 800 calories a day is unrealistic.  The consequences of this can be significant and even life threatening.  I would suggest talking to your doctor or a psychotherapist.

i try to eat about 1600-1800 per day with with or without exersice. i try to jog./walk about 500-600 a day. no fast food and no unhealthy snacking




i have currently lost 76 lbs over 13 months. and trying to lose 90 in 14 months (gonna be tough)
