Stomach Pains
I am a Male, age 20, height 6'3, weight 280. Recently I have been trying to lose weight which isn't a big problem since I workout almost daily. All I would really need to do would to change my eating patterns, which I recently have with dieting. However whenever I eat something healthy or good, I later get these crazy stomach pains which I have found to be caused because I am not eating meat. Once I eat something that is meat it instantly goes away. Should I be worried?
