What are your goals?  If you are trying to lose weight, surgery is probably not the first step to take.  Liposuction can certainly help you to reduce fat deposits in certain areas, but to be honest, it doesn't help you make better choices that will help you in the long run.  Are you thinking about making any lifestyle changes to get started?

Well, I completely support Dr. James's answer - surgeery is not the answer. I had the same weight problem, esspecially in the hips area. So I sat down and started thinking, it must be the way I eat, when I eat and how much I eat. And it's not just that, It's your nutritional intake thats very very important. I also took up gymming real seriously and I've been doing that for almost 5 -6 years. The results was asstounding but - nutrition is still the most important piece of puzzle in liffe. When it comes to nutrition - there are no two ways about it - our nutrition intake needs to be perfectly balanced and we need to eat about 5 - 6 times a day and so I would like to help you out and introduce you to a wonderful product I use.
I really feel for people that needs help and can’t get the correct amount of nutrients to help their body recover(I was in the same boat for years and my body stood still in a way I couldn't get out of). Well, glyconutrients had the answer for me!!!
I didn't believe it at first, because if it’s too good to be true it usually is but since I've used it myself, I felt the difference within 2days (talking about the cramps, tight burning muscles and the fact that I couldn’t even walk normally when the next gym session comes around). Further on my muscles started to build and sculpt faster than I've ever had before, I definitely notice small changes that only a person can see in his own body, if you know what I mean.
My trainer at the gym noticed something drastically yes. She noticed my energy output increased by 40% and my body fat that I’ve lost knocked her of her chair and so I’ve told het all about the overall product and that they’ve got a Osolean section (weight and fitness) – and let me tell you, it burns fat like it’s nobody’s business. It’s not just about the kilograms you lose its more about losing fat and shaping lean muscle. I can't do without it anymore and best of all it’s all natural and affordable.

Oh yes, almost forgot - go and have a look at my website if you like, its:

Ps: The best of all is, at the end of the day it's not just about being physically active at your best - its overall good health where the optimal health section kicks in - I almost never get sick anymore, and I was always the one with the colds and flu in winter time - now I'm not loosing valuable time that I could've spent in the gym.
