Hello, I have been wanting to be more muscular and I turned to Muscle supplements to get the best results. Now before i ask if the following supplements are okay here is some information about me. I play Football and Track (100m & 200m)i workout every day but saturday i rest up. Now because of family problems and history I have never and will NEVER Drink alcohol, smoke, Or try an illegal drug in my life. Now back to the real question...
The supplements i bought today and plan to take are a mass gainer, creatine, and whey protein.
The mass gainer is "True-Mass" By:BSN
The creatine is "AMP Amplified Creatine 189" By: Pro Performance
The Whey is "S" By: BSN (But i also bought 100% Whey protein By: Pro Performance)
I Have been wondering if these are okay for me to take now and down the road.
The information about me:
Hight: 5'7-5'8
Weight:145-150

Hi Yoda89,  Thanks for your post.

You don't mention anything about type of exercise you do - football and track are very aerobic, but you don't say whether you are lifting weights at all - this would definitely be an addition to your workouts if you are looking increase muscle mass.  I'm not a huge fans of supplements like the ones you mention, and believe that all supplements should be used with the knowledge of your doctor.  I bet you can get to where you want to be without them!

Take care,
Dr. Beckerman

What's wrong with good old strength weight training or resistance exercises?
If you want to excel in sprint distance events I probably wouldn't advocate excessive ??  What I am trying to say is that you don't want to become muscle bound.  That is not very sport specific and may not benefit your sport performance.
I'm not sure about the supplements.  You do need to be cautious though especially as some brands have been found to contain traces of steroids, etc.

Good luck
