What is the best fat burner

by sofiaemily, Aug 29, 2009 08:58PM
Hi
I’m looking for an effective and safe fat burner .
I’m considering myself healthy, but sensitive to a lot of coffee

What I’m noticing also that some of the cleansing products I was trying to take made me  extremely  tired.

Please help to determine what would be the best fat burner that would help me with the weight loss and would not cause reactions to the coffee/stimulants or tiredness

Thank you

If you are looking for a pill that will be a safe and effective fat burner, I think you'll be looking for a long time!  I personally don't recommend supplements designed for this purpose, as they are not closely regulated and can carry some risk.  And, they don't work.  Even cleansing programs, which often ask you to consume a liquid diet or a significantly reduced calorie diet for a period of time, don't work in the long term (i.e. when you go back to your diet).  Keep in mind that when you do a program or take a supplement, you're not learning any skills that will keep you healthy in the longer term.

I believe doing cardio with intervals. Start with 1 min sprinting, 1 minute jogging and 1 minute walking. Do this for 30 mins for a couple of weeks then increase the total workout time to 45 mins with 30 secs walking. don't forget to warm up or stretch enough before starting. hope this helps.

About a month ago I starting taking and herb, spirulina. I'm not sure how it works. I don't feel jumpy or heart pounding. But somehow it takes the compulsiveness away so I can make good food choices. I've only doing doing this about a month and I've lost 6 pounds. I recommend trying it.

Best fat burner: exercise.

Drink lots of green tea, too. That's found in some of these fat losing pill schemes.

Quick Weight Loss Tips  - Get treatment for food allergies.

Some researchers believe that being overweight is the result of people craving foods that they are allergic to. For these people, weight loss is extremely difficult until they figure out what those trigger foods are and eliminate them from their diets.

“There are specific food allergies that trigger uncontrollable craving and bingeing. “It’s a common problem in overeaters.”

If you suspect that food allergies might be part of your problem, ask your doctor to help you identify the offending items. Your doctor may recommend that you see an allergy specialist.
