Your blood pressure is significantly elevated.  When high blood pressure occurs in the context of symptoms like dizziness, you should seek medical attention immediately.

Could you be feeling stressed or anxious?

I read a post about anxiety and hypertension recently in the mental health expert forum.
The members BP was ?170/ 80.  From memory the doctor said that systolic pressure wasn't normally associated with the pathology of high blood pressure syndrome.

If you have any concerns you should speak to your doctor.

If it is anxiety slowing down and taking some deep breaths should help.
