does anybody do B12 shots anymore?
A few years back I did the B12 shots and water pills....it worked as long as I did it correctly...I am wanting to do the B12 shots again but I'm having trouble finding a doctor in my area (League city/Clear Lake) that does them. Does anybody know of a doctor in the area that still does B12 Shots and water pills?
10/10/11 I was just informed by a Neurologist that I needed B12 injections, low in B 12 (blood test). Any feedback from one that has been or is taking these injections would be appreciated. alv

Vitamin B12 supplementation may be appropriate if you are deficient in the vitamin, but I would not recommend it as a weight loss intervention.
