how can i surrpress my hunger while attending school and work while taking medications such as medrol and other asthma medications? i want to lose alot of wieght by november and would realy appreciate any info you can give me.

I guess the first question is whether your doctor can substitute other medications for steroids or others that you are concerned about.

Otherwise there are no specific hunger suppressants that I'm aware of that are specifically targeted toward this kind of situation.

Distraction is a good strategy to try and avoid certain things (triggers, etc).

The doctor has written a blog entry with some tips and suggestions on how one could go about weight loss.  You may like to check that out.

You may like to have this discussion (re: medication and weight) with your own doctor as well.
