tiredness in the morning and tenuate dospan

hello!!!!!!!
I am now taking for 3 weeks tenuate dospan; and I have problems waking up in the morning; i sleep until 11-12 o'clock in the morning; and I am sooo tired!!!
ok, i eat less, and have to drink a lot; but I make sorries about my tiredness..

I got the pills today right after the breakfast.. I feel much better..

what do you do at the gym?

Often I do not very well to get to the gym.. I am sort of depressed..

I was invited today to a party, but because of the rain, they cancelled the party.. (no, they invited to a running sushi--- and I am certainly not going to go there!!!!) so maybe today I may go to the gym..
I train one hour on the ecliptic.. and there is a personal trainer, he helps me with "losing weight" -- he told me after warm up, to go to him each time: and doing exercises like 1 min quick heart beat.. and 1 minute rest... he told me this is the quickist way to lose weight..

but I am really tired.. but i go today (he is not working today :))) only train cardio..

after school? are you a teacher?

I knew I should've gotten on here last night. Yesterday I took mine at 8:30 and was soooo tired from the night before that I had no problems sleeping really last night and I'm tired this morning... I'm going to try to hit the gym today after school. The weight loss clinic I went to recommends 30 minutes 5 times a week. Gotta get ready...TTYL

Yesterday I have been to a pharmacist and bought vitamin B complex; so every vitamin B in it, a package for a month, and milk thistle.. it should be helping the liver.. because of the medicine..
and I think I (we) should be training; but then I cant sleep at all!!! It is really scary!!

Were you tired before you started taking it? I mean as tired as now? I just started phentermine 9am yesterday and I can tell you going to sleep last night was almost impossible.  I am tired now too. I'm kind of curious if the medicine is keeping you(and me) from sleeping well and in turn you are just exhausted. I have alot of weight to lose and the phentermine worked very well at cutting my food intake down from what I'd been eating. I just don't know if I like the way I feel during the day.  Jittery and high strung to say the least. Sorry I'm not much help. I know someone else will have a better answer for you.

Tenuate Dospan is a prescription diet pill that effectively suppresses your appetite so you consume fewer calories. And usually it may hide the symptoms of extreme tiredness.
But I am extrem tired!!! It is sooo weird!!!

What is tenuate dospan?  Sorry, I'm new here. Is it an appetite suppressant? Does it make you tired or are you only tired when getting up?  Just wondering if the medication is what is doing it or if it's something else.
