Vanilla,
the first thing that makes every weight-loss diet successful is will power.
If you are not 100% committed to achieve the goal, don't even start, because you'll be cheat on yourself and you'll still complain that that diet doesn't work for you.
Plus, unfortunately nobody has a magic wond to make everybody thin and gorgeous.
It's a long hard work that requires sacrifice.
So, if you really want to start and lose your extra pounds, be ready to fight.
The first two weeks will be the worse ones.
If you want to have some tips, feel free to ask, I'll be happy to share with you the path of my ongoing success. :)
:))
Lots of people share this problem! Comfort eating is a tough one - we eat because we enjoy it, and we also eat sometimes to help us cope with other things. There isn't a one size fits all answer to this question, but it might help you to start by identifying the exact triggers that cause you to comfort eat - types of stress, time of day, personal interactions, and even types of food. Once you lay it all out on the table so to speak, you might find it easier to make some healthier decisions.
