Im 35yrs old 4'8 and 116lb. I want to loss 15lb  How many calories should i have a day.

if you want lossing weight so please you can make the Plan your meals. First things , use a calorie calculator to estimate how many calories you need to maintain your current weight. Now, if you want to lose a pound a week, you’ll want to cut that total by 500 calories per day to hit that goal (3,500 calories equals a pound of fat)
