HELLO I  HAVE  JUST JOINED THE SITE AND I HAVE A  QUESTION REGARDING THE B12 SHOT  I HAVE TRIED THE PATCH BUT I SEE VERY LITTLE EFECT SO WANT TO TRY THE SHOT  BUT I,AM NOT SURE WHAT IS THE RECOMENDED DOSE AND WHERE  DO I GET THE B12  SHOTS ??

I have been receiving B12 shots as well as Phen since March 12. if I can answer any questions for you, I will try. Just to brief you, I have lost 27 lbs. I started off ready, and following all the steps, in result my first visit back to the Dr. office I lost 10lbs in 3 weeks, my second visit was the same! My third visit was 5lbs and my 4th was only 3lbs. I startred off wonderful, but find myslef cheating more now, so I dont loose as much.

any info on b-12 for energy.. ?? not so much the  weight loss...Iv'e read study after study that says  in no way can b-12 help loose weight...b-12 can help metabolise carbs n fat..so that can help I guess...can give you energy..to excewrcise more..that can help..but im interested in the  energy...any help would be great

Well I have tons of energy, even a few days after the shot. It is great. And it makes me want to get out and exercise!

It is not a miracle drug! I will not be a the person who tells you that and neither will Dr Gates.

It gives you the energy to want to do something....anything (my sex life is better - because I have more energy).

Well, I've been reading the forum for feedback on B12 shots, which I'm considering starting.  I need to lose about 20-30 pounds.  I'm 36 and, for the past year, I've tried lots of things to no avail.  I'd like to read some more feedback from people who have experience with the B12 shot.  

I've found a website where I can purchase the injections although there are several B12 shot choices and I'm still a little lost.  

B12 shot feedback desperately needed.
