i am about to start seeing a doctor for my robust profile… I know several ppl who have gone to a doctor and had great success in their weight loss. Their doctor gave injections of chromiumChromium Chromium in diet Chromium picolinate chloride, MIC and b 12. This doctor is about 20 city miles away from my job. I was looking into alternative doctors and it just so happens there is a weight loss professional at my doctors (don’t go there much though) office 3 minutes from the house.
They seem to have the same approach on diet and exercise. Both seem to be using a strict Adkins diet- one of them for 4 days and the other for the 1st week. After that they seem to ease up and allow the veggies and then some fruit… the biggest / only difference i can see on paper between the two doctor offices is the one close to my house gives b12 only.
I see some good response to other posts and I am not sure if I should have asked about women’s urine injections to get a response (lol) but all the checking I have managed to do say that the “chromium chloride” is not beneficial to loosing weight- but it still makes me ask… “chromium chloride and MIC” is this just an experiment I would pay to be the Ginny Pig for or is there science I haven’t found? B-12 =’s energy and…
if no one has heard of it, ok but if some one has i would love their input.
thanks

You need to go to a medical weight loss that recommend you what to eat since Phase 1 to Phase maintenance...you really need this kind of coaching. Also medical weight loss center worth the money and the effort to go there...They are doctors helping you to lose your weight is not any shake that do anything for you...If you need more info go to this website: www.citrusmedicalweightloss.com... I live in Ocala and researching on the web found this weight loss center in Crystal River and I drive allthe way there to receive my weight loss consult....It really worth, I had a baby and gained 50 pounds, I lost all 50 pounds in 6 months and I look like before I had the baby, also Dr. Redrick found out that I also had a Thyroid problem and he gave alternatives and medical help to solve..so go to a real medical center for weight loss.
