400 CALORIES NO WEIGHT LOSS AAHAHHAH!
I have been eating aprox 400 calories a day for 3 months -very varied and the best produce. I am 28 and greatly obese- i have not cheated once! i do plenty of cardio, weights and am getting lots of water i also eat 6 times a day. in the first few weeks i lost 6 pounds by week three i had put on eleven. now it is just stuck but i just know if i ate so much as an apple i will put on two pounds. (tried eating salmon, broccoli and brown rice in month two, next day had gained 3 pounds) I am so so so emotionally exhausted and at my wits end SOMETHING IS WRONG WITH ME! PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT REPLY IF you are going to claim that i dont eat enough to lose weight! i'mm pretty sure thats offensive to me and that would imply that there's no such thing as an anorexic so don't even waste my time. (sorry rude) also please dont mention resistance training, weights sleep or a variation of any of these my family are nutritionists and personal trainers. i need answers or im going to give up and right now i just dont want to eat a thing doc said thyroid test was negative....PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE HELP
