Adderall & Weight Loss

I’ve recently been put on Adderall (adderrall) for ADHD and have been studying up on the effects of this drug. It seems weight loss is the most common side effect. My question is, what percent of people lose weight. Surely it can’t be EVERYONE. I’m also curious as to how long it takes to lose weight. I’m at my ideal weight now so going up or down would bother me.

In my field of work I have had some people report decrease in appetite.But the side effects that drug companys are required to list are from the research of the drug and if one person of the group reported weight loss then the company had to include it in their handout. Did you google for this question?

Yes, it just seems that weight loss is the most common side effect and that scares me. I was just curious to see if there are other people out there on Adderall (adderrall) and what information they might have.
