Alternative to Suntan Lotion on Simeon's Diet

by HappyBunny812, May 16, 2007 12:00AM
In the "cosmetics" section of Simeon's Protocol, Suntan oil is prohibited. Due to HCG is so sensitive to oils and creams are absorbed as added fat and can hinder your progress. Does anyone know of a product with no oils or creams in it. I live in Atlanta and the sun is unavoidable in the summer. Especially if you have kids out of school.  Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

There is a natural mineral powder called Titanium dioxide. Titanium is a natural sun blocker of an spf of about 15. If you added this to an oil free lotion, you may be able to sub it for sun block. I make my own moisturizers and I add it to my recipe specifically for the sun block effect. It is also added to my mineral foundation ( i do not use cream foundation) and it works like a charm. When Im in the hot Arizona sun, I do not burn at all on my face and all I have on it for protection is my mineral foundation with titanium.  Hope that helps.

I buy my titanium off of Ebay from a seller called organic creations.  It is a white mineral powder and it comes in a plastic zip lock baggie.I use one to two teaspoons in the facial cream I make and it truly does block the sun. Good luck to you.
