Does the B12 have to be in form of a shot to work for weight loss? I purchased it in pill form,will it do the same thing for me as a shot? TY

I cannot find any doctor in my area that has even heard of giving the b12/hcg shots-I did find a dr that gives b12 shots, so will this be as effective as having the b12/hcg if I were to use the hcg spray? I found a website that has the hcg spray- have you heard if that will give about the same results?
