What is the protocol that you are using with the B12/B6 shots? I get tired of going to the clinic daily as well and actually need the b12. I am using phentermine and HCTZ (water pill) and potassium along with a low cal/lower carb 1200 cal diet.

can u email me the info about the b6 and b12 injections..i was on the Dr. B deit and it worked well but anyone that is/was on it knows that it is very pricey

i know that i can get the b12 at shoppersDrugmart up here in toronto...but i dont know about the b6 and how to mix and inject myself....
