Anyone doing B12/Fastin?

AJust wondering if anyone else is doing this and how much you have lost and in how much time. I just went in for my fourth weigh in and have lost 21 lbs. in 4 weeks.

I am doing weekly B12 injections, taking fastin, and a diuretic as well. Breakfast is usually 1-2 scrambled or boiled eggs, along wiht fruit. Lunch an all beef hot dog or 2, salad or fruit, some days i might eat a can of tuna with mustard. Dinner just about anything but pork. Shrimp, grilled chicken, steak, fish. For inbetween if I get hungry, or jealous of the ice cream my kids are eating, I either have sugar free jello or sugar free pudding, with of course redi whip fat free. This has been so easy. I have about 24-29 pounds left to go. My neighber hit 44 lbs in 11 weeks today. I also exercise 30 minutes a day. Sometimes more. I either ride my bike, walk, or use my elliptical. I never thought it could be so easy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

WOW! That's great. Is Fastin something like phentermine? I've never heard of it. And did your doctor prescribe the diuretic for you? I'm on B12 and phentermine and lost 7 pounds the first week. This week I have only lost one more pound. I'm not sure if it's because I'm going to start my perios. Maybe a diuretic would help me. Congrats and good luck.

Fastin is a generic. My first week was 5 3/4, 2nd week 7 3/4, 3rd week 3 3/4, 4th week 3 3/4. my neighbor has been doing this for 11 weeks and lost 44lbs. I am loving it.

I was just prescribed Fastin to lose around 30 pounds that have been hanging around for about 9 years. It seems like your weight came off really fast. Did you feel okay while the weight was coming off? And did you have any side effects?

Why are you doing these injections? There are easy and natural ways to lose weight...
