I took clen for a year, the side effects are horrible I used to be moody all the time, have serious heart pains and have muscle cramps in my hands, legs, arms & feet! I did loose weight which was awesome, but unfortunatly I abused the drug and took 6 - 8 tablets a day, luckily I told my new partner and he made me throw them away because I was getting sick. I might try them again one day but just be careful with them.

Hello I plan on starting Clem in a couple weeks, mine is in a liquid. Not a pill, that I actually have to have a syringe and drop some on my tongue.  Can anyone tell me how much I need to take the first couple days, without feeling up and down, I did take it before, but it made me very moody, and I would come up and then down,(is that normal) ! I have read so many reviews about Clem, and it really seems to work, can anyone help on the dosage?? Thank you!

I can't tell you the right dosage for pills only maybe the gel.  You are on the right track.  Sweating is good as you're burning fat and if you eat right and exercising right this is the best thing.  Don't take too much because you become immune to it.

First of all, EPHEDRA is different than EPHEDRINE... Everyone is saying clen is the same as EPHEDRA and you can buy EPHEDRA legally... YES, you can buy EPHEDRA legally, only because its an asthma medication.. EPHEDRINE is still ILLEGAL in the U.S. and cannot be purchased legally...
CLENBUTEROL is ILLEGAL in the U.S. but that doesnt mean you cant obtain it. You can get it anywhere from $30 to $150. And YES, it absolutely works. You will lose unbelievable weight in a short time. I personally think its a GREAT idea if you use the recommended dosage and buy from a legit dealer with a legit brand of clen such as Spiropent. The side effects are mostly only seem in cases of over dosage and include, muscle tremors (shakes), heavly sweating, increased body tempature, increased heart rate, increased blood pressure, and in some cases can cause a myocardial infarction (heart attack) so use only if you have supervised usage or you know everything there is to know about it. But like i said, it absolutely DOES work.

I just started taking clenbuterol. I took only 1 pill today and am planning to take 2 pills tomorrow. So far it has made me feel energetic and I noticed that I got very hot and sweaty during my workout. I wanted to get some advice on the dose I should be taking( I am a 133 pound woman), what I should be eating ( I eat pretty clean already) and what kind of results I should expect to see. I bought mine from www.pharmaoffshore.com.  It cost about 90 bucks for 200 of 20mcg pills.  they come in a very small bottle, and on the bottle it says made by:  LA Pharma S.r.l.  -  underneath this it says www.LaAnabolic.com.

Does it work?  I've only taken it for about 6 days so far but I'm hot as hell all the time, and my hands are very very shaky.  So I figure I am taking too much (tried the 20mcg to start, increase by 20mcg a day until reaching 120mcg, and then reducing the dosage back down to 0mcg over a two week period).

I hope that helps anyone.  I do notice I feel very energetic at times, and others very sleepy, so I'm trying to figure out what is the best time to take it.  I imagine if taken properly w/ diet and exercise this stuff is no joke.  Hope that helps someone.  Tom.

im taking clenbuturol and taking 50 mg a day for 3 days then having a one day break then bk on for 4 days and this seems the most safe way to me hope it helps

I bought some clenbuterol.  I got my shipment in a manilla sized envelope with childrens toys and a little plastic wad with the clen hidden inside a crayon box.  In the email it says "dont want your neighbors to find out your taking weight loss pills? No worries!, we have hidden them in the pencil box along with other childrens toy"  Why the hell would they do that?

I recently bought 100 chinese clen.  They are 40 mcg.  I am 5"2 and 9 stone, hoping to get back to somewhere between 7 1/2 and 8 stone.  I exercise regularly and ea well, but cannot get the weight off and keep it off.

I am worried about taking them as I am a childminder and wonder if they will effect my ability to care for children.  Also, will they effect my driving?  And finally, I am a student with exams coming up...will they efect my concentration?

Hi all - I have been on Clem for 2 weeks now, I dont feel the effects of fever or hotness...I am taking the liquid (start off with 1/2 dropper for the 1st week then a full dropper 2nd week then 3rd week ween off)
I was told by a personal trainer to take a benedril at nite to help me sleep and settle down....I have lost 5 lbs in my fist week & so far 3 more lbs this week. I was told to take everything that is white in my diet & cut it out or make it whole wheat....only use Splenda (not anything else) cut all sugars and ride my bike  :-) for exercise.
