I started to take phentermine and I did not like the side effects. I was really sleepy and felt sick to my stomach all the time. Does anyone know of a really good Appetite suppressant that does not have any side effects...and works!?

You didn't say where you got the Phentermine. Did you get it from a doctor?  If not, there is no telling what you got.  Phentermine hypes you up not make you tired.

Some of the side effects of phentermine is oversitulation insomnia restlessness and dizziness. My problem with appetite suppressants was that it always made me tired and lathargic. The best thing i ever did for an appetite suppressant was green tea and vitmin b complex. It boosts up your metabolism gives you a little perk in energy and killed my appetite. I got it from a weight loss clinic. It made my heart rate increase but I also felt sleepy. I felt like I just wanted to stay in bed.
