Are there any clinics in Chattanooga?????

Does anyone know if there is a clinic in Chattanooga? Is HCG the same as phentermine and b-12? A friend of mine has lost like 30 lbs getting shots from a weight loss place in Knoxville but I live closer to Chattanooga.
