I have been taking B-12, Lipo, and Phentermine for a littleLittle noses decongestant Little tummys over a month and have had pretty good success with weightloss. On the down side, I have noticed that my complexion is horrible. I have been getting cyst like acne on my faceFace pain over the last few weeks (I did not have this problem before). I can not help but wonder if it may be related to shots. I have taken Phentermine is the past with no side effects of this kind. I am not sure if this could be related to B-12 or Lipo, but I cannot help but think that it may. I am drinking so much water now. I would think that my complexion would be beautiful!!! Has anyone else experienced side effects of this kind while on this diet program?
I've been on a program like yours since 6-27-6. So far I've lost 20 lbs. After 2 weeks, I noticed that my skin was on the oily side. My Dr said that the b-12 shots plus the meds increase one's body temperatureTemperature measurement. With the heatBabies and heat rashes Heat emergencies Heat rash Infant heat rash Tenosynovitis that we're having, the combination could effect your skin. If your Dr offers b-6 shots as well, it is a good idea to get one every other week. It helps the skin. Also, I have used Pro-Activ off and on for 5 years. I started using it again and it has helped tremendously. Good Luck!
I'm on the same program. Phentermine, B12/Lipo. I've notice small bumps on my faceFace pain and shoulders shoulders intensive treatment Shoulder arthroscopy Shoulder pain. I'm having great success with the program,so I'm not going to make any changes at this time. Weight loss is much harder to control than breakouts. I'm excited about losing weight, so I'll take care of my skin later,ha!
Well I have been taking both the B12 and B6 shots since june 14. I work a lot so I started to get the pills for when I couldn't make it to the office. When I started to take the pills I noticed a breakout of acne on my forehead. It was really bad. SO I stopped taking the pills and just making a point to get to the office for the injections because I did get the ance when i was just taking the injections.
I too have experience the same type of breakouts on my forehead and arms and I would notice the 1st couple of days after my b-12 shot the breakout would become worse so I just stop the shots altogether. After a couple of weeks my bump disappeared. Right now I am only taking phentermine 37.5mg. I wonder what causes this reaction?
I have been back on the program for about 3 weeks and I've experienced acne too. I've never had bumps in my face before. I'll try the b6 to see if that will help.
I have been on a similar diet. I recieve b-6 shots twice a week and a
b-6 ,b-12 ,b- complex combo shot on fridays. This has worked well for me. I have notice like yourself, that my complexion has changed in the last two weeks. I started my diet approx. 6 weeks ago. I have no sugar in my diet. Lots of water, fiber, protein, fruit and veggies. Maybe my skin is in shock for lack of chocolate...lol! I am going to ask my nutritionist if this is a side affect from the shots.
