B-12/Lipotropics vs. B-12/Lipo-den

I just got my first B-12 injection this past week. They also had an injection available called Lipo-Den but I wasn't sure what it was so I didn't get it. After coming home and looking online, I discovered mydietsolutions.com. Does anyone know what the difference is between Lipo-Den and Lipotropics??
