B-12 shots - Weight Loss Clinic in Michigan or Ohio?

Hello out there. Does anyone know of a weight loss clinic that offers the B12 shots and appetite suppressants in the Southeastern Michigan/Northern Ohio area? Any information would be appreciated.  Thanks!

I just started the phentermine today.  I have about 20 lbs to lose, and was hesitant so I broke the pill in half.  I am glad too because I can really feel the difference and I dont know if I could do the whole pill.  Anyway, there is a clinic in Pontiac Michigan 673 MLK Blvd. Pontiac MI Dr. Swilley's office.

I know where this clinc is do they offer the shot also? I am currently going to Livonia, MI. which with the price of gas is horrible.

Does anyone know any in the Cincinnati area which gives the B-12 shot as well? I will be moving there from Washington, D.C., so wanted to make sure that its a Dr. there that give the shot.

Do these shot really work I am 100lbs over weight and would like the lapband but ins won't pay for it so i am looking for a new road. I also have thyroid disesas so not every thing works for me.

PLEASE, PLEASE HELP US find the B12 shot I would like to know where the doctor is and the location because I heard there was a place that charges 65.00 1st visit and 25.00 each additional vist which would be ever to weeks, please help me find this doctor signed Helpless

I go to the weight loss clinic in Pontiac and they do give you a B-12 shot, only thing it is watered down and lasts only 2 weeks. You have to go back every two weeks for the shot but you can get up to 1 months supply of phentermine. Those pills make my head hurt really bad and I have backed off from taking them. I am going to try something different. They work if you can get past the darn headaches, dry mouth etc. I lost about 38lbs. in 2006 for my wedding, but I basically starved myself and cut out all sugars, salts, pop, bread etc. It costs $35 for a 14 day supply, that the watered down B-12 and 14 pills, I forgot how much the 1st visit costs. I will get the address of a few others, I have been to in the past. Hope this helps.
