I WANT TO START TAKING THE B12 SHOT FOR WEIGHT LOSS, HOWEVER I DONT WANT TO SPEND ALL THIS MONEY AND THEN WHEN IM SATISFIED GAIN ALL MY WEIGHT BACK. HAS ANYONE HAD THIS PROB WITH GAINING THE WEIGHT BACK AFTER THEY GET OFF THE SHOT???
I have been reading the post and it appears no matter what program you do, you can gain your weight back if you don't change your eating habits. Sometimes medication can cause you to gain weight too. But,I am willing to try. I know you have to give up like 3500 calories in order to lose one lb. I don't remember the formula you use to determine how many calories a day you can eat and maintain your present weight. In order to lose you would have to eat less. Most people I know including myself have lost weight consuming less calories. Some lose more and tone by walking or doing some light exercise. Exercising can make you feel more hungry too.
