I get 1 shot a week and I can feel the effects for about 3 days. I am also taking Phentramine (phentermine) as an appetite suppressant and supposedly it gives you energy too. I have had a lot more energy since I started the program. On the weekends I clean house and barely sit down at all because I feel good.

Not seeing the effect yet though
