B12 injectables

I have been a previous Lindora Client, and were very satisfied and happy. I used to weigh 195lbs, and lost 45 lbs. They are using an injectable that they said was a B vitamins, and one of the injections as I remembered was a B12  but wasn't so sure about it. Anyways, I am also taking phentermine, started with 15 and then 30 mg. After 2 years, I gained it all back when I gave birth to our second child. My problem is that, we moved out of Southern CA and there is no Lindora in WA, or OR. So I don't know first, if it was really vitamin B12 or a combination of B12 and B6, for which they refer to us a "Booster Shots". They normally inject you whenever you are due with your menstrual cycles, maybe because of bloating. It's been 3 years now so I can hardly remember. So if anybody knows what exactly the Lindora uses for their clients, please kindly let me know, thanks! It sure works, based on my own personal experience, but of course it has to be coupled with the infamous, "Diet and Exercise", strictly and religiously.
