If i were to order the b12 injections online from a canada drugstore, are they in a hypodermic needle or some other form of shot? Do i need to be monitored by a dr?

Hi,
I'm new today I will go to my weight loss clinic and get my first shot. Im a 30 year old mother of 4 children and need to lose weight im 179lbs and would like to 50lbs I also went to my health food store and bought me the sublingual does anyone know how many is ok to take and what is the fastest way to lose weight?

I also order B12 from Canada. It is not pre-packaged. You have to order the injection needles sepearatly, which they also sell.

Does anyone know how I can get a hold of B12 shots? I live in NY, and wanted to know if that would be legal… Can anyone provide a specific website or a MD in NYC or in the lower Westchester area where I can get the B12. I am embarrassed to say that I am paying $60 for a shot once a month. Also, if I am able to get the shot, how do I depose them?
