B12 injections

I to questioned the weight loss with the injections but I have been on the diet plan with mainly protein and 500 calories a day with of course the injection and have lost 5.6 lbs this week. I have never been able to loose weight this easy before and I have tried every diet there is.

Are you taking the hcg with the b12 injections both at the same time? How long have you been doing this? I'm about to start them both, and wanted your feedback.
