B12 or HGC Shots near San Antonio, Texas

I am interested in the weight loss shots, HCG or B12 and needed to know the difference and if I could order the injections online or is there is some where near my home locally. This is my first post... can someone please tell me what the hcg shots and b12 shots do.  I'm guessing it's to/ help you lose weight.  I did a lipodissolve / mesotherapy in houston but had some very bad problems.  Can anyone tell me if they have had any problems with this program.  Thanks! :)
