B12 shot vials - what type of syringe?
I'm having a dickens of a time getting all of the B12 out of the little glass vials. I'm using a 1cc syringe. Is there another kind that will work better? Thanks.

Either a 1 cc or a 3 cc works fine, but if you're getting the shots in a glass ampule you'll want to use a filtered needle to draw it up in case there's any glass fragments inside from breaking it open. The filter needles ARE NOT appropriate to administer the injection through (way too big!!)
