B12 shots

I used to get b12 shots and take phentermine when I lived in colorado before having kids, then I moved to des moines Ia.  Does anyone know where I can find a doctor in the des moines area that gives the shots?  It helped me alot.  Or are there a list of doctors that I can look at somewhere?  thanks

I DONT WORK FOR THEM BUT I AM ONE OF THERE CUSTOMERS THEY ARE THE ONLY PLACE U CAN BUY THE B12 SHOT WIHT OUT GOING TO A DIET CENTER
