B12 w/ lipotropics?

Does anyone still know where I can buy the amp/b12 injections? I live in rural Arizona, so I am looking for something online or by mail.
Or alternately, does anyone know where there are any weight loss clinics in AZ? How much does it cost, and what do you get when you go?

I can find the b-12 shots fairly easily, but the lipotropics are a different story. And from what I read in all these posts, that's what's the most effective, right? I just don't wanna spend THAT much until I try it and see how it works for me-or is that basically the only option?
