B12

by Carmen102, Apr 17, 2009 11:35PM
I was thinking about taking B12 because i heard it could help with losing weight.  I exercise daily and eat healthy, but I peaked at 10 pounds (which im sure was mostly water weight). I do not have insurance, so I can not afford to go to the doctors to get a B12 shot.  So my question is: Is there a B12 vitamin that i could buy at the store (not over the counter) and would that help me lose weight?  Im sure it wouldnt be as effective as the shot, but I wasnt sure if it would help lose weight.  Your answers are much appreciated!
