Bariatric clinic newbie

Ok, I have an appt this Thursday at the Bariatric clinic in Greensboro, NC. I have had it for a month b/c they were that backed up. Of course in that month I have really done nothing on my own to lose weight...shame on me. A friend told me about them. She gets a b12 shot once a month, diet pills and a shot in her stomach each week. I am at 281 lbs but at the beginning of the year I was up to 293 so I have lost a little by just being active. I have got to start taking care of my self for my 3 kids. I know it is probably a long shot to find someone on here who has had experience with the clinic I am going to. It is optional to get the shots in the stomach but I think I will need all the help I can get. Sorry I do not know the name of the shots yet. I am so anxious waiting on my appointment on Thursday!!
