CANT STOP EATING

Hi peeps i exercise all the time but im finding it difficult to change my eating habits im having so much trouble at the moment and im finding it hard to change my exercise routine i really need some help.

Well i workout on the rowing machine and cross trainer and do other things five times a week. but i just eat rubbish and im always hungry in he evening also i just cant seem to get enough fruit and veg into my diet.
