Can I still loose waite on topamax?

When i started taking topamax about 5 years ago i lost alot of wait, i was taking 100mg 2 times a day then i went down to just 100mg once a day and now i have all that wait back after having my son. i have just started taking it twice a day again. Dose any one know or has any gone though any thing like this? will i loose the wait or is it a one time thing?
