Can't sleep

Anyone having problems sleeping from taking the Adipex? I take 1/2 a tablet in the AM before 9. I am still up to 12 every night.

Any thoughts???

I am walking on my gazelle in the evenings. I thought that would help since I seem to be more hungry toward the end of the day. Maybe I should just walk after dinner for 30 min and allow my body to try and shut down or before.
