Clen and T3 at the same time???

DO i take the clen for 3 weeks WITH the t3? Or clen for 3 weeks, then t3 for 3 weeks, then what?? HELP!

I have researched alot about clen as i have started taking it, i am taking the two of them at the same time... but you can also do it the other way
