I have been back on the B12/GCG shots abd Bontril for two now and again I am extremely constipated.
I am only drinking about 20 to 30 oz of water a day, I know it needs to be more. When you can't do your business, you won't lose weight.... Awful. I ordered the Colonix to hopefully do a good cleanse and then start the program off again. Has anyone ever ordered the Colonix program? The pics are awful on line. Almost turns you off from buying but then it says you need a good cleansing so your vitamins that you are taking can work better. Also, says that those critters like sugar and that is possibly why you crave the sweets. Get rid of those and cravings will go away???? Even lose weight.

Any thoughts about cleanse and how they help?

I am using Colonix now and I been working fine for me.  However, you should be eliminating after.  Anyway, I have not seen any "monsters" in my stool but I have seen things that were abnormal. I feel better though.  I  have lost about 9 or 10lbs since January 6th. Maybe more.... because I did not weigh myself.  The most important thing is drinking the water during the day and starting to eat all organic food.  Water and organic food will help you all by its self.  Also, I read Natural Cures....It was very helpful.  You have to just take what you can use out of this book.

Since everyday foods have so much "junk" in it, it is important to cleanse our bodies of all of the toxins we put in.  Good luck and stay positive.

Where do you get Colonix?

Wondering how you are doing on the "colonix" program. I have been using this program for several years now and I think it is a great idea for anyone who wants to take a step toward a healthier you. I incorporate the cleanse each year like a "spring cleaning" for me. It is a great product. I too craved alot of sugar/refined sugar products but that was resolved once I started on the colonix program. The cravings diminished and I started feeling great. I love to hear from others about their experience on the program.

i used Colonix almost two years ago for two months. at the end of my last month, i had a 12 inch long piece of rubbery colon plaque come out. it grossed me out at the time, but afterwards, my health and energy was dramatically increased. i also eliminated little worms and parasites. i'm starting another Colonix cleanse tomorrow.

Congratulattions on starting another cleanse. It is best if you do one at least once every year. It just keeps you on track.
