Today is just a beautiful day for me...I just got complimented by a coworker of mine about my weight...and I'm only day 6 of phase 1...he mentioned that everyday this week that I come to work seems as though I keep getting slimmer and slimmer...What a great feeling to hear something like that =D...

It is, I'm doing phase 1 while I wait for my hcg to arrive and really watch what I eat. I did notice my stomach was not as big as it used to be. But for someone else to notice that I was losing was really good news for me...
