Confused now

I need to do 1 to 2 45 days of the hcg protocal(depending on how fast I lose the weight). I am now confused after all the postings on how much Hcg I should order or the best way.  Is it better to order in doses of 1500Iu. so the potency doesn't get lost after the hcg is mixed in the bacteriostatic water? If so how much do I need?

Remember to not mix the two liquid. Mix the HCG with the Bac Water not the water that comes with it unless it is Bac water.  I believe it is the Bac Water that acts as a perserver so you can leave it in the refrigerator longer.  The Tenn program sends you your shots weekly.  I think the ladies doing this program pay $99 for the initial appointment and then $49 a week.  I think these shots also have the B-!2 mixed in them. The diet also comes with it.

To order, I believe the 1500iu are more costly than the 5000iu, but again it is a matter of choice.  I paid $66 for two vials plus shipping to get the 5000iu.  I am still waiting for my product. With the 1500 iu you would be mixing what you need weekly and the unused vials would still just be the powder. If for some reason you can't do the program for a few days then the 1500 iu route might be better, but cost wise I choose the 5000 iu.
With the 5000iu it would be mixed and stored to be used in the 28 days.

Would putting the product in the freezer be better? Seems like I read somewhere that the Tenn group does that, but I need to confirm?  I am sure the product would be cold, and you would have to let it sit out to room temp before injecting.

Don't be confused.  Just decide what is best for you.  A monitored program like in Tenn. Or if you feel comfortable measuring out the product then order the HCG. in whatever amount you feel will be best for you.  Then get KT's book to read about the diet....

Thanks for your posts.  I do have kts book along with his previous.  I guess with all the different ideas, I got a little confused on the best route.  I wonder if freezing and unfreezing would change the hcg in any way?  Good thing everyone's found this forum to communicate.  This is great
