Didn't work to lose weight in my case, but it's a good habit to drink tea regularly. The best tea is the white tea because it;s the least processed. The white tea at least helps me feel a lot less bloated in a just a few minutes after i consume it.

I also read that it really doesn't work.

I have been told it does work wonders to curb the appetite, and to help with food cravings. this is the tea mentioned in the weightloss cures book.
