Diet clinics in Jax FL?

I have recently moved from TN where I have lost 32 pounds at a local diet clinic called "Weigh Less Weight loss"- anybody know of a clinic in Jacksonville where I can continue to get B12 shots and prescription phentermine?

I just found a doctor with the program that I think you are looking for. The offer B-12 shots along with Adipex (phentermine)... It is about $65 per month. It is called First Coast MD (904) 730-5115. Good Luck
